ATU 757 and TriMet have engaged in expedited bargaining over the District's upcoming reduction in force, including layoffs and bumpbacks, and have reached mutual agreement on the effects of these District changes on members of the Union bargaining units.

Our Local 1415-Banff, AB members vote to authorize strike. Local 308-Chicago, IL, calls for more bullet proof glass on CTA trains and other protections for our CTA operators and riders. We stand with our Local 1208 JTRAN members in their fight for a fair contract. We applaud the House in passing legislation to speed up union contract negotiations and urge the Senate to do the same. Our Local 1338 DART Paratransit riders are united in their fight for a fair contract.
