| MTM Transit, LLC ("Employer") and Amalgamated Transit Union, Local 757, AFL-CIO
("Union") ( collectively " the Parties") hereby agree to modify the terms of the current collective
bargaining agreement (CBA) with the effective dates of September 1, 2021 to August 31 , 2026
as set forth hereinbelow. All other terms shall remain in effect throughout the remainder of
the term of the CBA. |
