Huge shout out to everyone who showed up for today’s Type 1 Max event - your energy and commitment made it something truly special!

The weather turned out perfect, and the community brought incredible creativity - from rail vehicle costumes and face paint to appearances by the Hops mascot, the new Portland soccer mascot, and even some anime characters.

One of the best parts of the day was talking with younger attendees and asking what draws them to rail and bus in the city. The answer was simple and meaningful: the kind operators and the people who work at TriMet.
