ATU Mentorship Program: TriMet Maintenance Division + New Bus and Rail Mentors

“The ATU Mentorship program exists to support new and existing members through peer mentorship - building knowledge, developing skills, leadership and member empowerment.” - ATU International Workforce Development
ATU Local 757 launched its newest workgroup to utilize the mentorship program in the TriMet maintenance division. This division now joins service workers, bus operators, and rail operators in strengthening our mentorship network. Congratulations to the newly graduated mentors whose commitment and experience will help support and guide their fellow members!
