T‑Mobile courtesy Notation Ending March 8, 2026.

TriMet has notified us that the temporary T‑Mobile courtesy notation used on supervisor exception logs will be ending on March 8, 2026.
This courtesy was originally put in place because some employees with T‑Mobile cell service were having trouble connecting calls. After running multiple tests from Station Agent desk phones using different T‑Mobile numbers, TriMet found that 100% of calls now connect successfully. Since the issue is resolved, the temporary accommodation will be discontinued. All overtime calls must be made from Station Agent desk phones.
If members experience any further calling issues, they will need to follow up directly with their cell provider.
