ATU 757 is proud to have facilitated the fellowship of union officers from 15 of our 22 represented properties to participate in our ATU Officer Professional Development Training. This full 2-day event consisted of a comprehensive training session taught by the Labor Education and Research Center (LERC), a prominent institution specializing in union training in Oregon. The training covered essential topics such as addressing membership concerns, dealing with grievances and labor relations with agency management, and encouraging unity within the union. Through continuous training opportunities, we support our mission to empower ATU Local officers to advocate for our members and protect their rights in the workplace! Our Professional Development Training is just the beginning. We're dedicated to providing ongoing support and training to ensure our officers have the tools they need to help our members succeed.
