It Passed! Successful Ratification of ATU & TriMet Contract!

Congratulations to our Local 757 members at Trimet for the successful ratification of their contract!
The previous and current leadership and wage committee worked diligently to achieve this positive outcome. We are pleased that this contract mandates TriMet to contribute to employee 401(k) plans, and many ATU members will receive a wage increase of over 50%. We are also pleased that the longevity requirement for operators has been reduced from 15 years to 7 years, and that TriMet will now forfeit grievances that it does not actively pursue. We look forward to these and other improvements for our members!
