TriMet has released updated information on DOT medical providers for employee certification and recertification. Employees can now schedule exams with The DOT Exam Center or Spectrum Health & Wellness.

DOT recertification: Employees may schedule their exams through the website or by phone at (503) 287-3725. They can also walk in, but will experience longer wait times. Employees must provide their full names and TriMet badge/ID numbers for billing purposes when they arrive. They should also bring items in the attached list.

Dr. Ryan Lofland, Spectrum Health & Wellness, https://spectrumhealthscreening.com/
DOT recertification at Spectrum’s clinic: Employees may schedule their appointments through the Spectrum website or by calling 360-347-6322. They can also walk in, but will experience longer wait times. Employees must provide their full names and TriMet badge/ID numbers for billing purposes during their visits.
