Sep 27, 2024

ATU Local 757 members, it is important to know that you have access to an additional resource offered by ATU International, which goes beyond the Employee Assistance Program (EAP). The ATU is now partnering with FHE Health to assist members and their families when they find themselves dealing with a drug or alcohol problem or other untreated mental health issue. FHE Health is a nationally recognized behavioral health facility with almost two decades of experience in providing quality care for members with behavioral health disorders. FHE Health offers an accredited program that integrates medical, psychiatric, and clinical approaches to address a range of behavioral health diagnoses including addictive and substance abuse disorders, mood disorders, depression, anxiety, and traumatic disorders. Their main goal is to provide safe, innovative, and effective treatment to help BOTH clients and their families restore well-being by creating a healing environment that promotes recovery and maintaining a healthy balanced life. They provide complete comprehensive support for the whole family and work in collaboration with Unions to protect your life and employment!

Stress and anxiety in the workplace are real and if you are experiencing a cycle of progressive disciplinary actions at work, it may indicate underlying behavioral health concerns. It's important to note that there are federal laws in place that could offer you protection in such situations.
