Mark your calendars - the ATU 757 Annual Union Picnic is on August 3rd, 2025 from 11am - 4pm!

We are so excited to invite our members back to Alderbrook Park for a day of food, fun, raffles, and more!

DAY OF EVENT -

- Please bring employee ID badge for quicker registration

- You must register at the event to receive your wristband + raffle ticket

- Golf carts will be available as a shuttle service from the parking lot and around the park

- Remember to bring your cash to enter into the 50/50 Raffle benefiting Labor's Community Service Agency (LCSA)!

PARK REMINDERS -

- Cell Phone service is very limited & there is no wifi

- Bring towels/pool gear - there is a pool house with shower for changing

- Only Service Animals with vests and identification are permitted, no other pets allowed

- There are restrooms throughout the park, including ADA accessible facilities

- This is an outdoor event - we recommend bringing bug spray and/or sunscreen

- No alcohol allowed in the park during the event. Coolers will be checked at registration
