Please take this opportunity to review your 2023 Benefits Decision Guide to evaluate which benefit options are right for you and your family. Make your 2023 Benefit plan elections through Employee Self-Service if you want to:

•  Add/Remove Dependents
• Make changes to your existing Medical and/or Dental coverage
• Enroll in one or more of the voluntary benefit plans
• Participate in a Flexible Spending Account, and/or
• Increase your Voluntary Life Insurance Coverage and/or Update Your Beneficiary Information.

If you are adding dependents, be sure to review Dependent Eligibility and Required Documentation for important information including eligibility and documentation requirements. Dependents will not be added unless the proper documentation is received by the Benefits Department by 11:59 p.m. Monday, October 31, 2022.
