A huge shoutout to all who joined us in Eugene (Salem South Reps) and Portland (PDX & surrounding Reps) for our Union Representative Training on Monday 6/23 and Tuesday 6/24!
This session focused on building the essential skills of a strong union rep, from handling investigatory interviews and understanding the steps in grievance handling to sharpening negotiation techniques through role-playing exercises.
Couldn’t make it this time? No worries, we will be holding another training session in the fall. Keep an eye out for the announcement and let your Executive Board Officer know you’re interested.
