The charter and continuation meetings for October 2026 will hear and consider charges alleging two elected officers of the Local Union have violated the Local Bylaws and/or International ATU Constitution. The named officers are Mary Longoria (Financial Secretary - Treasurer) and Rashauna Cavil (Executive Board Officer - TriMet).

In accordance with Section 22.4 of the International Constitution, these charges shall be heard and considered at the charter meeting- October 19, 2026 at 6:00pm at AFL-CIO-3645 SE 32nd Ave, Portland, OR 97202 and all subsequent continuation meetings.
