All Local ATU 757 non-Executive Board members who want to attend an ATU National Caucus must meet the following criteria:

• You must have won your Caucus election and currently be the President of your local Caucus.
• Your local Caucus must raise funds and produce/present a financial document showing fund-raising efforts to the Local's E-board.
• Your local Caucus board, whether elected or appointed, must submit meeting minutes to the E-Board and appear before the membership at the monthly charter meeting with a monthly officer report in order to receive financial support for monthly meetings.
• Your Caucus is eligible to request up to one-half of the total cost associated with being sent to an ATU National Caucus.
• If a local Caucus President or officer is elected to an ATU National Caucus position, Local 757 will provide for the member/officer to attend all official functions that are associated with that ATU National Caucus position.
